This Privacy Policy describes how IAmTheMap LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information you provide when using Deed Traverse Pro ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. This policy applies to all users of Deed Traverse Pro at deedtraversepro.com and app.deedtraversepro.com.

2.1 Account Information: When you register for an account, we collect your email address and any name or organization information you choose to provide. 2.2 Payment Information: When you purchase page credits, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, billing address, or other payment card details. We receive only a transaction confirmation and the amount charged from Stripe. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data. 2.3 Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Service, including jobs processed, page counts, coordinate systems selected, export formats downloaded, and credit transactions. This data is used to operate the Service and display your account history. 2.4 Uploaded Documents: Deed documents, PDFs, and text you upload for processing are transmitted to our AI parsing service (Anthropic, Inc.) for extraction of metes and bounds calls. Uploaded files are stored temporarily to support job processing and retrieval from your My Jobs history. We do not review, sell, or share the contents of your uploaded documents with third parties beyond what is necessary to operate the Service. 2.5 Technical Data: We may collect standard web server logs including IP addresses, browser type, and access times for security and diagnostic purposes.

3.1 To operate and provide the Service, including processing deed documents, calculating traversals, and delivering export files. 3.2 To manage your account, credit balance, and transaction history. 3.3 To send transactional communications such as payment receipts and support responses. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. 3.4 To improve the Service by analyzing usage patterns and diagnosing technical issues. 3.5 To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

4.1 We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. 4.2 We share information only with the following service providers who help us operate the Service: (a) Anthropic, Inc. — AI processing of deed document content for call extraction; (b) Stripe, Inc. — payment processing; (c) Base44 — application hosting and infrastructure; (d) Cloudflare, Inc. — DNS, CDN, and landing page hosting. 4.3 Each service provider is bound by their own privacy policy and data processing agreements. We share only the minimum information necessary for each provider to perform their function. 4.4 We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of IAmTheMap LLC, our users, or the public.

5.1 Account information and transaction records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal and accounting purposes. 5.2 Parsed job data, including extracted deed calls and computed traverse results, is retained in your My Jobs history to allow you to reload and export previous jobs. You may delete individual jobs from your account at any time. 5.3 Uploaded deed documents may be retained temporarily in cloud storage to support job reloading. We do not retain uploaded documents indefinitely beyond what is necessary for Service operation.

6.1 We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. 6.2 All data transmission between your browser and our Service is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. 6.3 Access to user data within our systems is restricted to personnel who need it to operate and support the Service. 6.4 No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7.1 Account Access: You may access and update your account information through the Settings page within the Service. 7.2 Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by contacting us at support@deedtraversepro.com. Note that we may retain certain records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. 7.3 Email Communications: You may opt out of any non-transactional email communications by contacting us directly. 7.4 California Residents: If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete your personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. 8.1 The Service uses session cookies and local storage to maintain your logged-in state and application preferences. These are strictly necessary for the Service to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. 8.2 Our landing page (deedtraversepro.com) is served through Cloudflare, which may set standard CDN performance and security cookies. 8.3 We do not use third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or behavioral advertising technologies.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us at support@deedtraversepro.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date below and, where appropriate, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
